No, you do not need an Enterprise license to purchase Integrated Success. However, Enterprise license customers can purchase a version of Integrated Success at a discount.

It also includes full project consumption and review to identify and help with problems and bugs, while also helping you find workarounds for any other issues. Additionally, Premium Technical Support offers faster ticket response times.
Partner Advisors are your advocate and first point of contact for onboarding and advice. They offer direct, one-on-one engagements to address your needs and focus on your success. They help identify risks, coordinate with internal teams to advocate on your behalf and source answers to your questions, and provide assistance with customer service requests.
Partner Relations Managers offer more strategic advice and act as a bridge between your team and the rest of Unity. They have a thorough understanding of your business, challenges, and goals, and provide specific guidance and best practices to help achieve those goals. Additionally, they can provide the latest insider knowledge and optimization techniques to accelerate your project.
Generally, plans cannot be changed mid-term, but they can be upgraded upon renewal. However, Unity will occasionally make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Consult your Unity sales representative to learn more.
No, Support Plans are purchased on an annual subscription and cannot be canceled mid-year. At the end of the year, you can choose whether to renew your subscription.
