If your revenue from projects in conjunction with your use of Unity is less than $100K (or if your business’s aggregate revenue and funding is less than $100K) in the last 12 months, you are eligible to use Unity Personal.
If your revenue from projects in conjunction with your use of Unity is less than $200K (or if your business’s aggregate revenue and funding is less than $200K) in the last 12 months, you are eligible to use Unity Plus.
Unity Pro and Unity Enterprise are for businesses and professional use. Pro and Enterprise plans have no financial eligibility limits – everyone is eligible.
No. Unity is royalty-free to distribute your applications. We don't charge on a per-title basis or require revenue sharing.

Yes. You own the content you create with Unity Personal.
In order to build and deploy to closed platforms such as Nintendo Switch, Sony PlayStation, Google Stadia, and Microsoft Xbox an active Unity Pro subscription (or a Preferred Platform license key provided by the respective platform holder) is required. You will also require approval from each platform holder in order to develop for their platforms. Contact them directly for more information.
