Unity Industry includes a new Industry Success support plan with each subscription. Customers will receive Success Management services, Standard Tier 2 Technical Support, technical onboarding materials, and On-Demand Training. The plan scales in coverage with seat count, offering more support when your project scales up in users and complexity.

According to our terms of service, the distribution of the Unity runtime for commercial purposes by Industry Customers requires explicit authorization from Unity and is subject to a fee ("Distribution License') which is generally equivalent to 4.0% of the revenue generated by the software product that incorporates the Unity runtime.
