Unity and XR can be leveraged to assist in the training and rehabilitation of sports people at all levels. In this session, Dr Thomas Day, experienced generalist coder at Rezzil, explores his past experiences of using Unity for creating medical virtual environments for training and rehabilitation. This session also showcases how Rezzil employs different features built-in to Unity, as well as third party libraries, to create immersive training software that is designed to cognitively and physically challenge players and adapts to their skill level as they progress.
