Yes, a Unity account (Unity ID) is required to log in and use Unity Studio. Existing Unity product subscribers already have a Unity ID. New users can create one during the sign-in process.

Unity Studio is priced at $799 USD per seat, per year and includes access to Unity Studio and Unity Asset Manager.

Each seat includes 120 GB of cloud storage for assets and content in Asset Manager. Each organization also gets 10 GB of bandwidth for deployed Studio applications (Studio app hosting). Additional storage can be purchased at $0.75/GB/month and additional bandwidth at $0.50/GB/month.

When you deploy a Studio application, the project is built and hosted in Unity’s cloud, enabling web access without server management on your part. Hosting uses bandwidth. For details on storage, bandwidth allowances, and additional usage pricing, see the FAQ or pricing page.

Yes, Unity Studio supports various file formats including CAD files. See the documentation for more details.

Unity Studio runs best with a stable internet connection and the desktop version of Google Chrome. Other modern browsers may work, but Chrome provides the most reliable experience. Unity Studio is designed for mouse and keyboard input, so we recommend using a mouse rather than a touchpad. Mobile browsers are not supported at this time. See the documentation for more details.

Not yet. Projects created in Unity Studio can’t currently be imported to or exported from the Unity Editor at this time. Export from Unity Studio to the Unity Editor is planned for a future release this year.

You can share feedback or report bugs directly from Unity Studio using the “Report a Bug” or “Give Feedback” buttons in the top-left of the Scene View. These open quick forms where you can provide details, steps to reproduce, or suggestions for improvement. Your feedback helps us refine Unity Studio and influence its ongoing direction and development.
