Former Senior Autodesk and GarageGames Veterans Added as Unity 3 Release Approaches

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - May 13, 2010

Unity Technologies, provider of the Unity development platform for 3D interactive content on the web, PC, Mac, Wii™, Xbox 360, PS3, Android, iPhone and iPad, today announced the appointments of Andrew Brammall and Davey Jackson as Regional Sales Directors for Europe and North America respectively.

Andrew’s 20 year track record includes senior European sales positions at Autodesk (European Sales Manager), Kynogon SA and Havok. Davey previously held the role of Director of Licensing at GarageGames where he spent five years growing annual revenues and building relationships with education, simulation and console development clients.

"I'm delighted to be joining the Unity team at such an exciting time in the company's history. I've been an admirer from afar for a while, and the combination of cool technology, bright people and an amazing community of users is remarkable," said Andrew Brammall, Regional Sales Director (Europe) of Unity Technologies.

"Unity has shown a tremendous commitment to developers by creating powerful, accessible technology and providing paths for developers to succeed in emerging game markets. The broad adoption of Unity in these markets, particularly for web and mobile games, is helping everyone from individuals to major publishers participate in this growth," said Davey Jackson, Regional Sales Director (North America) of Unity Technologies. "With Unity's recent announcement of Andriod support, I'm happy to be joining this continuously visonary company."

“Unity has grown beyond our expectations, and we are continually amazed at how broadly it is being used by advertising agencies, educational institutions and game developers," said David Helgason, CEO of Unity Technologies. "Boosting our sales teams in both Europe and North America will put us in a better position to stay close to our customers and continue helping them succeed."

Andrew is based in the UK office of Unity Technologies, headed by Graham Dunnett, located to the south east of London in Crawley, West Sussex. Davey is based on the west coast U.S. and will work out of the San Francisco headquarters.
