SAN FRANCISCO, August 24, 2020 - Unity Software Inc. (“Unity Technologies” or “Unity”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Unity intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “U”.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BofA Securities, Barclays and William Blair will also act as book-running managers. Oppenheimer & Co., Piper Sandler, Stifel, Wedbush Securities, Academy Securities and Siebert Williams Shank will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
