Unity Credits

These Unity AI Credits Beta Terms govern your purchase and use of Unity Credits in connection with Unity's AI Assistant offering, currently available as a beta release. These Unity AI Credits Beta Terms are incorporated into and subject to Unity's applicable Terms of Service.

  1. Unity Credits. “Unity Credits” are units of measurement used to calculate and manage your usage of the Unity AI Offerings, where each Unity Credit reflects the computing resources consumed to generate an Output based on your Prompts. UnityCredits represent services purchased in advance and provided to you through the Unity AI offerings. Unity Credits are not legal tender or legal currency; are not redeemable, refundable (except as required by law), or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value; have no equivalent value in fiat currency; do not act as a substitute for fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer upon you any personal property right. To use the Unity AI offerings, you must purchase the required amount of Unity Credits for your requested generated output. Unity Credits are exclusive to the Unity AI Offerings, and do not represent a purchase of, and are not usable in connection with, any other Offering. Purchasing Unity Credits is the only method for accessing and using the Unity AI Offerings.
  2. Purchase. All purchases of Unity Credits are final and are not refundable, except as required by law. Unity Credits will expire at the end of your applicable subscription period if not used (e.g., one month after the date of purchase if on a monthly subscription plan), unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Unity Credits will not "rollover" to the next applicable subscription period. Unity will not provide any credit or other accommodation for expiration of your Unity Credits. In addition to your subscription for Unity Credits, Unity may offer additional top-ups available for purchase, which additional Unity Credits will be available for the applicable subscription period only.
  3. Pricing. When made available, the cost for access and use of the Unity AI Offerings will be as set forth on the Unity’s pricing page. The Unity Credit pricing is not expected to, but may, be updated while the Unity AI Offering is in beta and otherwise over time. Unity will provide active Unity AI Offering subscribers with notice of any changes to the Unity Credit pricing. Any change in the Unity Credit pricing will apply (a) at the end of your applicable subscription period; and (b) to any other purchase of Unity Credits after the effective date of the changes. You will have no right to a refund or other adjustment as a result of any change in the cost of Unity Credits.
  4. Account. Unity provides a ledger of your use of Unity Credits within the Unity AI Offerings, which you may review at any time by logging into your Unity account. You are solely responsible for verifying that the proper amount of Unity Credits has been added or deducted from your balance. Your Unity Credits balance represents the amount of generated outputs you may produce using the Unity AI Offerings and is not a digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.
  5. Prohibited Activities. Unity Credits are non-transferable. You may not (and Unity will not recognize or honor) any purported sales, trades, gifts, exchanges, or other transfers of Unity Credits to a third party. If Unity reasonably believes that you have attempted to engage in such prohibited activities, Unity may revoke, terminate, suspend, or cancel your Unity Credits, your access to and use of the Unity AI Offerings, or your Unity account without refund.
  6. Termination. Your access to the Unity AI Offerings may terminate in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Unity AI Credits Beta Terms, if Unity ceases to provide the Unity AI Offerings, or if these Unity AI Credits Beta Terms are otherwise terminated. Unity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Unity AI Offerings in accordance with these Unity AI Credits Beta Terms, including suspending or terminating your Unity Credits, in compliance with applicable law.
