Success Foundation – Core Support

Advanced Success – Integrated Success Services (ISS)

In addition to everything in Core Support, you will receive enhanced technical support, a dedicated Developer Relations Manager (DRM), and a Project Review. With ISS, you get best practice guidance, expert advice, and an advocate within Unity to help you achieve your goals.

Enhanced Technical Support

Enhanced technical support provides the fastest response times, access to 2-hour replies for emergencies, and more concurrent tickets to handle additional issues and increase your team's efficiency.

Developer Relations Manager

Developer Relations Managers (DRMs) provide best-practice guidance and act as your advocate within Unity, ensuring that your developers have everything they need to stay productive. Your DRM develops an in-depth understanding of your business and coordinates Unity resources to support you in realizing your goals.

Project Review

A senior engineer spends two days onsite reviewing your project in depth, then delivers a comprehensive report with recommendations and best practice guidance. Project Reviews let us get to know your environment, team, and workflows, which helps us set you up for success.
