The opportunity
The Head of Strategic Sales will be the driving force behind the adoption and growth of our Offerwall (OW) solution among Japan’s top-tier app publishers and game developers. You will lead the strategy and GTM, helping partners transform their user engagement into a high-yield revenue stream. This role requires a sophisticated consultant who understands the delicate balance between user experience (UX) and monetization in the unique Japanese mobile ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Offerwall Expansion Strategy: Systematically identify and close high-value supply partnerships with Japan’s leading game studios and non-gaming utility apps. You will lead negotiations for long-term contracts and exclusive Offerwall integrations.
- The "Point Culture" Roadmap: Orchestrate the technical and commercial integration of the Offerwall. You will advise partners on reward ratios, currency sale events, and UI/UX placement to ensure the OW feels like a native part of their app.
- C-Level Navigation: Build deep relationships with CEOs, CROs, and Heads of Monetization. You will align our Offerwall roadmap with their long-term LTV (Lifetime Value) goals and financial projections.
- Market-Product Synergy: Act as the primary bridge between the Japanese market and our Global Product teams. You will translate local trends (like specific reward preferences or seasonal Japanese events) into features that unlock global scalability.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 6–9 years in AdTech or Mobile Gaming, with a specific focus on Supply/Publisher management or Monetization.
- The "Rewarded Discovery" Expert: You don't just sell "ads." You understand the psychology of rewarded actions. You have proven success in "Solution Selling", convincing partners to adopt new monetization frameworks that provide significant financial uplift.
- Tech-Commercial Fluency: You can speak "Product" with engineers (SDK integrations, API calls) and "Business" with executives (LTV, ARPU, eCPM, Fill Rates).
- Strategic Visionary: You see where the Japanese market is going in 12 months. You proactively identify opportunities for "Currency Sales" or seasonal campaigns that maximize revenue during peak Japanese holidays (Golden Week, New Year).
- Commercial Excellence: You own the revenue targets for the Japanese OW business. You are a "hunter" who doesn't settle for maintenance mode, but actively looks to optimize and expand existing accounts.
