The opportunity

Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers create thriving ecosystems through our innovative User Acquisition (UA) and monetisation solutions. As a Senior Client Partner on the Unity Ads team, you'll manage relationships with

mobile gaming developpers in the Western Europe & Turkey region, helping them achieve their goals and optimise their performance. You'll act as the main point of contact for advertisers and publishers

utilising our suite of solutions, including Unity, IronSource, and Tapjoy.

This is an exciting role for someone passionate about mobile gaming, performance marketing, monetisation strategies, and relationship-building. You’ll play a key part in managing client needs while contributing to Unity’s regional growth targets in the ads business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients in the mobile gaming industry, acting as their main point of contact to drive performance and deliver on revenue goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform client strategies and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity’s Ads solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights an performance recommendations.
  • Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetisation leader.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AdTech for mobile games, particularly in user acquisition and monetisation.
  • A proven track record in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales with measurable revenue success.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimisation strategies.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.

You might also have

  • Familiarity with the AdTech Mobile Gaming industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • A knack for identifying growth opportunities and going beyond the day-to-day to create impact.
  • Experience preparing reports and strategic insights for clients and leadership stakeholders.
