Event access

Unity reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at Unity’s sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet Unity’s standards of conduct, and also including (but not limited to) engaging in illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct.

An event badge is required for entry and must be worn at all times. Badges will be available at the Unite 2025 registration check-in desks during registration opening hours. We highly recommend checking well in advance with your country’s local Spanish consulate or embassy for any visa requirements. Neither Unity nor the Registration team is able to offer advice or direction on requirements or process applications.

During registration, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. Letters will be submitted for approval to attendees who have requested one and completed registration with full payment. Please note, we can only issue letters for fully paid attendees. Allow 2–3 weeks for embassy processing. Requests close on October 16, 2025, at 5:00 pm CET.

Unity prioritizes creating a welcoming and inclusive event experience for every attendee. If you require an accommodation for accessibility, please indicate your requirements on our registration form.
