The opportunity

Unity is seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Partner, ISV to lead and manage ISV (Independent Software Vendors) across the APAC region. This role is critical in ensuring Unity grows its distribution license business by collaborating across multiple internal teams and supporting sales in customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for enabling revenue growth in complex environments.

What you'll be doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Independent Software Vendors across the APAC region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, customer success and other internal stakeholders to ensure ISV distribution licenses are accurately priced and aligned with Unity’s objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Support sales in Customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases where ISV distribution licenses create additional revenue streams, competitive advantage or operational efficiencies for Customers
  • Market Insights: Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap for greater adaptability.
  • Complex Deal Management: Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers.

What we're looking for

  • Senior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance.
  • Strategic mindset with a history of developing and executing successful market strategies.
  • Familiarity with ISV, embedded licensing models, or distribution agreements is highly preferred.
