Notwithstanding the foregoing, Unity may seek temporary, preliminary or other expedited or provisional injunctive relief (but not money damages) from any court of competent jurisdiction under this License regardless of your place of residency or principal place of business.
“Project Content” means works of authorship that you develop with the Unity Engine under a valid license.
“Third Party Service” means any service offered to Unity developers.
“Unity Engine” means Unity’s content authoring and rendering engine software.
