The Offerwall is an in-app marketplace that provides a value exchange between app and game publishers, advertisers, and consumers. Publishers integrate the offerwall to monetize their users, advertisers promote their games or products to the publisher’s user base to acquire quality traffic, and consumers engage with the ads within the offerwall in return for in-app currency to continue their user journey.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team to help lead the expansion of our offerwall consumer experience, driving higher levels of user engagement and loyalty across all the platforms we operate on.

What you'll be doing

  • The offerwall contains thousands of advertiser offers and is viewed by 100s of millions of consumers. Content personalization within our marketplace is key to our success. This role will focus on developing new features which take user engagement and loyalty within our offerwall product to a new level, benefiting all stakeholders.
  • You will own your own roadmap, working with internal and external business stakeholders to ensure we are prioritizing and delivering the right features and projects.
  • Understand Unity’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies and requirements to enhance user satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and A/B testing.
  • Generate buy-in and drive consensus across key stakeholders. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities. Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight.

What we're looking for

  • Product management experience with consumer focused mobile/tech products, and with experience handling user lifecycle management, content live-ops and / or virtual economy management.
  • Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution including A/B test definition, launch, and optimization based on results.
  • Ability to define a compelling product, path to market, and then evangelize that vision internally and externally while taking full ownership of the project/product
  • Strong product sense, data driven decision making, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing simultaneous projects, priorities and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate and work efficiently with teams in various locations worldwide
  • Strong customer empathy and client relationship skills to drive feature adoption and collect customer feedback
  • Experience working with within mobile ad tech or mobile entertainment apps at a previous role
