The opportunity

Aura from Unity is looking for a Account Manager to maintain long-term relationships with accounts and enhance sales opportunities with them. Accounts include major app developers, game developers, mobile agencies, and media agencies. The Account Manager is expected to have strong commercial skills and be able to upsell, cross-sell, and negotiate in a client facing environment. Additionally, to optimize the ongoing campaigns in order to reach maximum potential and best results for the clients. This will require a good level of excel and data management orientation as well as technical skills.

The Account Manager will integrate new advertisers, and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers. This position entails focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization and enhancing relationships for new opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Become an Aura expert - know all the ins and outs of the product and its unique behavior from an advertiser POV.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business; achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage campaigns on multiple internal platforms from integration through launch. Deal with all aspects of a campaign, lead all troubleshooting efforts as well as perform ongoing optimization and review daily re­ports; reconcile Advertiser accounts monthly.
  • Responsible for up selling new products to entire client portfolio.
  • Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the Advertiser.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in mobile media ad sales or account management and understanding of the online advertising industry, good knowledge of current mobile landscape - CPI, Attribution, industry trends, etc.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other product and functional teams.
  • Strong capabilities in driving alignment across teams who may have differing goals and priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills; detailed oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Self-Motivator and goal-oriented; team player with Can-Do attitude
  • Fluent in English both written and oral communication

You might also have

  • Adapt to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Experience in early-stage project operations.
  • Japanese or Korean language capability is a plus.
