The opportunity
The Senior Wellbeing Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Unity’s global wellbeing initiatives, including programs related to mental health, physical health, financial wellness, and work-life balance. This role seeks to strategically integrate wellbeing into the employee journey driving innovative and impactful wellbeing efforts that enhance employee experience and drive professional wellbeing. Success in this role requires ownership of core wellbeing programs, strategic big picture thinking, strong partnership, and a data-driven approach to continuously improve Unity’s global wellbeing strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Strategic Program Integration: Embed wellbeing across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to manager enablement—ensuring global initiatives in mental, physical, and financial health align with Unity’s Total Rewards strategy.
- End-to-End Benefit Ownership: Lead the global strategy for mental health and financial wellness, managing vendor relationships, optimizing US health plan integrations, and overseeing the Global Wellbeing Advocates program.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Partner with People Analytics to design survey metrics and analyze program utilization data, using employee feedback and market benchmarking to identify trends and continuously refine global strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the well-being subject-matter expert in forums with Executive Sponsors, HR leadership, and regional Benefits Specialists to ensure programming supports Unity’s annual business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement & Adoption: Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, implement, and promote new features, driving employee engagement and ensuring the well-being strategy evolves with business needs.
What we're looking for
- Experience in wellbeing program management, organizational health, benefits strategy, or related roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement global well-being initiatives and programs, embedding them throughout the employee journey.
- Strong vendor management skills, with experience working with mental health and financial wellness vendors.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to track program utilization, measure outcomes, survey data, and derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
