Unity Workforce Grant 사업은 학습자에게 영감을 주고 지원하기 위해 인력 개발 조직을 지원하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 유니티의 몰입형 교육 프로그램을 통해 학습자들의 전문적인 역량과 수익 가능성을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 지원금 신청은 2023년 4월 17일부터 6월 2일까지 진행됩니다.

The following recipients were selected from over 700 submissions based on their proposals’ attention to inclusion, impact, viability, and career development. We’re excited by the multitude of ways they are working to support the next generation of real-time 3D creators.
Africacomicade – Sparks Fellowship Program
The 18-month Spark Fellowship Program will equip 200 future creators across sub-Saharan Africa with skills in video game development and extended reality.
Do It Greener Foundation (DIG) - RT3D Change Hub
DIG’s Change Hub will provide certified, future-of-work training experiences to students in partnership with local school systems to deliver technology education in Louisiana.
XR Bootcamp
To increase DEI in the industry, XR Bootcamp will offer 150 scholarships for underrepresented talent to attend their ‘XR Bootcamp’ program.
University of Central Florida (UCF) - GaIM
The Games and Interactive Media (GaIM) program will expand to teach more than 1,200 students, furthering their mission to produce the next generation of diverse game professionals.
