Accountant
The opportunity
- We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our new accounting team in Korea.
- Transit accounting operations from outsourced service provider.
- Opportunities to work in fast-paced environment and collaborate team members from other regions
What you'll be doing
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and manager Fixed Assets in accordance with US GAAP and K-IFRS
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements fluctuation analysis
- Liaise with auditors on statutory audit
- Prepare schedules for annual tax filings
- Identify and Partner with finance and other departments on various projects, including development and improvement of manual processes
What we're looking for
- Solid technical accounting knowledge with exposure to IFRS and US GAAP
- High level of attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and propose solutions
- Good communication skills, task-oriented, team player, self-driven and independent, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
