The opportunity

Unity is seeking an eager and passionate Partner Operations Manager to join the Marketplace & Commerce team, which is responsible for ensuring our Verified Solutions (VS) and Asset Store publishers get the best level of support from Unity.

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for our Verified Solutions and Asset Store publishers to help your partners and team achieve our shared business outcomes. You will be part of a team of Partner Managers, working within the broader Asset Store team. You will be responsible for several product partnerships and their growth and success in our program. You will build cross-functional alignment to drive internal product adoption across different parts of the organization like ecommerce, product management and marketing. In addition, you will educate your partners on best practices and present new opportunities and optimizations for them to partake in. You will be responsible for setting timelines and roadmaps and achieving them.

This unique and exciting position will enable you to play a role in defining the future of Unity's Verified Solutions and Asset Store business and coordinate across functional areas of the company, including Business Development, eCommerce, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Support.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the Asset Store ecosystem by maintaining relationships with publishers (Vendors), including direct engagement with top publishers and Verified Solutions partners, as well as broader communication with smaller publishers.
  • Onboard new partners and support existing Verified Solutions partners and top publishers to successfully integrate into the Unity Asset Store ecosystem.
  • Develop roadmaps and track work plans to ensure partnerships are successfully set up, implemented, and scaled.
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, proactively resolving business and technical issues to ensure long-term success.
  • Track, analyze, and share key performance metrics with stakeholders, driving growth and optimization initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Has a customer-centric mindset with experience in account management or customer service and is confident in hosting calls with partners and educating them on best practices
  • Analytical, quantifiable, and data-centric mindset to drive business goals, allowing aggregation of essential data to indicate a partnership’s success
  • Able to work nimbly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Competent in prioritizing and staying organized while juggling multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
